This notice explains how Linda Brzezinski Talent Network handles the information you choose to share for recruiting opportunities in the United States.

Who manages your information

LB Talent Network is operated by the business identified in the footer and managed by Linda Brzezinski, whose professional network powers this service. Questions and requests can be sent to advisory@lindabrzezinski.com.

Who this intake serves

This launch accepts profiles from candidates currently living in the United States, including U.S. territories, for U.S.-based opportunities. Candidates must be 18 or older, including internship candidates. Candidates of every nationality are welcome. We ask you to confirm your current location before allowing resume upload. This is a location self-declaration; we do not ask you to prove citizenship or upload identity documents.

What we collect and why

We store the resume you upload, your contact and location details, career interests, skills, work preferences, optional compensation expectations, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, retention consent and renewal dates, and your safety-notice acknowledgment with its date and notice version. Linda may add recruiting notes and a recruiting stage. This supports current and future recruiting conversations and searches that may match your interests. We also use limited technical information for security and abuse prevention, including a short-lived hashed network identifier used to limit repeated submissions. Hosting providers may maintain operational and security logs.

Compensation preferences are optional and refer only to a future role. Do not include salary history, government identification numbers, financial account details, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for recruitment.

Saving a draft on your device

If you choose Save progress, your incomplete profile and resume are stored in this browser on your device. They are not sent to Linda until you select Submit profile. Return using the same browser to resume your draft. Anyone with access to that browser may be able to open it, so use a private device. You can delete the draft in the form. Submitting a saved draft removes its local copy; clearing browser data also removes it. Browser storage limits or settings may prevent a draft from being saved or retained. You will be asked to confirm your location, that you are 18 or older, consent, and acknowledge the safety notice when submitting a resumed draft.

Resume extraction and review

Supported resume text is extracted in your browser to suggest contact details and skills. You can correct the suggestions and extracted text before submitting. Extraction can be incomplete or inaccurate. The original document is also stored. No automated hiring decision or ranking is made by this site.

Access and sharing

Profiles are available through an administrator-restricted recruiting dashboard; they are not publicly listed. Linda will request your permission before sharing your resume with a prospective employer. OpenAI Sites provides hosting, and Cloudflare provides database and file storage. Resend processes email recipients, message content, and delivery information to send submission confirmations, retention renewal invitations, and recruiting summaries. Summaries sent to the administrator include a candidate’s name, country, and search status. Authorized team access, if added, is limited to recruiting purposes. These services may process information outside the United States; limiting candidate intake to the U.S. does not establish U.S.-only data storage.

Your choices

After submitting, save your confidential profile link. Anyone with that link can access, update, or delete your profile, so keep it private. Unless a lawful recordkeeping hold applies, deleting your profile removes the saved profile, resume, and associated recruiting notes from the active application. This action does not automatically erase copies previously exported, emails already sent, or provider backups and operational logs. Contact Linda for help with other copies under her control. Provider copies follow their applicable retention arrangements.

You can also email advisory@lindabrzezinski.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal from future recruiting contact, or information about data handling. Please describe your request and use the email associated with your profile where possible. Verification may be needed to protect your profile; do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, or financial details. Requests will be handled under applicable law, including any lawful retention exceptions. Your available rights and response periods may depend on your location and which laws apply. Optional fields may be left blank.

Retention and communications

We retain your profile, resume, extracted text, and recruiting notes for 24 calendar months after submission or your last confirmed profile update or renewal. Recruiter notes, profile views, and opening emails do not restart this period. About 30 days before expiration, we aim to email you a renewal invitation. Renewal requires your explicit confirmation; no response is required if you want your profile to expire. Email delivery is not guaranteed. Automated cleanup is scheduled daily to remove expired records from the active database and resume storage. The administrator can review its last completed run and any records awaiting cleanup. You can request earlier deletion. If a legal claim or other applicable recordkeeping duty requires preservation, we may retain the necessary records under a documented hold until that obligation ends. A hold does not renew your recruiting consent. Emails already sent, exported copies, device-local drafts, and provider backups or logs are outside the application cleanup and follow separate handling or retention arrangements. If you prefer contact only about a specific search, tell Linda. Joining this network does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing mailing list.

Site security

The site uses access controls, encrypted web connections, private file storage, and consent records. Administrator sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security. If your private profile link is exposed, contact Linda promptly or delete and resubmit your profile.
